If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer a flexible Return with Store Credit and Exchange Policy to ensure you have options that suit your needs. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Time Frame: Items must be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of the delivery date. After this period, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These include, but are not limited to, intimate apparel, final sale items, and accessories. Please refer to the product description for specific information on return eligibility.

  1. Return Process

Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@westila.com within the return window. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your items. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Westila is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Processing Returns: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a store credit for the purchase amount, excluding original shipping costs. Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Store Credit

  • Issuance: Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card, which will be sent to your email address once your return is processed.
  • Usage: Store credit can be used on any future purchase at Westila and does not expire. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.
  • Partial Use: If you do not use the full amount of your store credit in a single purchase, the remaining balance will be available for future purchases.

Cancellation Requests:

  • Customers can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Requests must be sent via email to info@westila.com using the same ID used for ordering.
  • Include the order ID and reason for cancellation in the email.

Cancellation Policy:

    • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
    • Customers can only raise return requests upon receiving a faulty product after delivery.

Return Policy for Damaged Products:

    • If customers receive damaged products, they can return them for either store credit or exchange.
    • Queries regarding damaged products must be sent within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Store credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned product and after QC verification.

Customization Policy:

  • No replacements or refunds for size issues unless the product is faulty or damaged.
  • Customers are advised to check the size guide before ordering.

Refund Process for COD Orders:

    • Refund amounts for cash on delivery orders will be settled as form of store credit (gift coupon).

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to Westila as they do not have a reverse pickup facility.
  • Securely pack the items to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  • The company will bear shipping charges for defective products, while customers must bear them for wrong orders.

Shipping Charges Deduction:

    • A deduction of Rs 300 will be made from the product amount for shipping charges.

Final Sale

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. Please review the product description carefully before making a purchase.
